TheraPepNet

TheraPepNet is a universal bioactive peptide prediction tool that can achieve good prediction performance on anticancer peptides, antimicrobial peptides, and cell-penetrating peptides. Users only need to upload a standard FASTA file containing peptide sequence data to the server, and the system will then jump to the result page to display the prediction results.

Requirements for FASTA file:

• Please change the file extension to .fa before uploading.
• The file must not contain any missing sequences, as this could lead to errors.
